What You Can Do With Your Template
When you purchase a TNCFlow template, you own:
- The template files
- The right to use for personal/commercial projects
- The right to modify and customize
- The right to use for client projects
Commercial Use
✅ Allowed:
- Use for your business website
- Use for client websites
- Use to build projects for others
- Sell services using the template
- Use for multiple projects (with some exceptions)
❌ Not Allowed:
- Resell the template as-is
- Share your license with others
- Remove copyright/attribution notices
- Redistribute the template code
Multiple Project Use
Depending on your plan:
Individual Purchase
- Use for 1 project only
- Can't reuse for new projects
- Must purchase again for next project
All Access Pass
- Use for unlimited projects
- Create as many sites as you want
- Use for client work
- Best for agencies
Pro Packages (Webflow Pro, HTML Pro, etc.)
- Unlimited use of templates in that format
- Ideal for professionals
- Create multiple projects
Attribution/Credit
Most templates request (but don't require):
- Keep TNCFlow credit (if included)
- Link to TNCFlow in footer (optional)
- Mention template origin in documentation
Not required, but appreciated!
Client Project Use
✅ Allowed for all plans:
- Create sites for clients
- Charge clients for your work
- Bill for customization services
- Use as starting point for client projects
Client Access
After you deliver a client project:
- Client owns their website content
- Client can't extract and sell the template
- Client can't share template with others
- Client can modify their website
- If they want template access, they should purchase
Updates and Support
What's included:
- Access to newer versions of templates
- Bug fixes and updates
- Lifetime access to purchased templates
- Email support from TNCFlow
What's NOT included:
- Free professional design services
- Free modifications (beyond DIY customization)
- Free hosting or domain registration
- 24/7 premium phone support
License Violations
You violate the license if you:
- ❌ Resell the template
- ❌ Share license with unauthorized users
- ❌ Remove copyright notices
- ❌ Use beyond your plan's scope
- ❌ Redistribute code publicly
What Happens If You Violate:
- Potential account suspension
- Legal action in extreme cases
- Takedown of violating content
- Loss of access to templates
Getting Legal Advice
Your license is non-exclusive, meaning:
- You and many others can use the same template
- Customized versions are yours to use
- Code changes are yours
- But base template can be used by others
