How Auto-Renewal Works

With subscriptions:
1. You're charged on your renewal date
2. Subscription auto-renews month-to-month or year-to-year
3. You keep uninterrupted access
4. This continues until you cancel

Renewal Schedule

Monthly Subscription
- Renews every 30 days from signup
- Charged monthly to your payment method
- Can cancel anytime before renewal

Yearly Subscription
- Renews every 365 days from signup
- Charged once annually
- Can cancel anytime before renewal

Example Timeline
- Sign up: January 15
- Monthly renewal dates: Feb 15, Mar 15, Apr 15, etc.
- If you cancel Feb 10, last day of access is Feb 15
- You're not charged Feb 15

Renewal Reminders

We'll send you:
- Email 7 days before renewal
- Shows renewal date and amount
- Option to update payment method
- Option to cancel

Failed Payment

If payment fails:
- We'll notify you via email
- You have 3-5 days to update payment
- If not updated, subscription suspends
- Access returns when payment succeeds

Changing Renewal Date

Contact support to adjust:
- Your renewal date
- Monthly vs. yearly schedule
- (Some platforms don't allow adjustment)

Billing Receipts

You'll receive:
- Receipt for each renewal
- In your email
- Link to download invoice
- Can also view in account dashboard

Tax Considerations

  • Subscriptions may be tax deductible
  • Consult your tax professional
  • We don't provide tax advice
  • Keep receipts for your records

Viewing Upcoming Renewal

In your account:
1. Go to Billing or Subscription
2. See your renewal date
3. See amount that will be charged
4. See payment method on file
