Pausing or Canceling Your Subscription
Pausing Your Subscription
Want to temporarily stop?
- Go to your account
- Find Subscription or Billing
- Click Pause Subscription
- Choose pause duration
- Subscription pauses, no charges
- Access temporarily suspended
- Automatically resumes after pause
Canceling Your Subscription
To end your subscription:
- Log into your TNCFlow account
- Go to Billing or Subscription settings
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm you want to cancel
- Choose if you want to leave feedback
- Subscription canceled
Important About Cancellation:
- Cancellation effective at next renewal date
- You keep access until that date
- No refund for current period
- You can rejoin anytime
Example:
- Your renewal is March 15
- You cancel March 10
- You have access through March 15
- Starting March 16, access ends
- You're NOT charged March 15
Requesting Refund
For recent purchases:
1. Contact support@tncflow.com within 14 days
2. Explain why you want refund
3. We'll process if within policy
4. Refund to original payment method
5. Takes 3-5 business days
Refund Policy
- 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchase
- After 14 days, no refunds (subscription runs until renewal)
- Exceptions made on case-by-case basis
What Happens to Your Templates?
After canceling subscription:
- Purchased templates: Yours forever
- Subscription templates: Access ends
- Designs made: Yours to keep
- Projects: Can still edit locally
- Published sites: Stay live if hosted separately
Downgrading Plan
Instead of canceling, you can downgrade:
1. Contact support
2. Request downgrade (e.g., All Access → Webflow Pro)
3. Adjust to next renewal period
4. New rate applies going forward
Reactivating After Cancellation
Want to come back?
1. Log back into account
2. Go to Billing
3. Click Reactivate Subscription
4. Choose plan
5. Start new subscription cycle
