BUG: Product images aren't loading in shop
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to shop page
2. Click on any product
3. Product images show broken image icon
4. Other images on site load fine

Bug Priority Levels
Critical:
- Site is down/unusable
- Data loss occurring
- Payment failure
- Security issue
Response: 2-4 hours
High:
- Feature completely broken
- Can't complete key task
- Affects many users
Response: 8-12 hours
Medium:
- Feature partially broken
- Workaround available
- Affects some users
Response: 24-48 hours
Low:
- Minor visual issue
- Doesn't affect functionality
- Cosmetic
Response: 48-72 hours
What Happens After Report

- We investigate - Reproduce and diagnose
- We communicate - Update you on progress
- We fix - Deploy fix when ready

Common Non-Bugs
