How to Report a Bug

  1. Reproduce the issue
    - Confirm it's repeatable
    - Note exact steps
    - Try on different device/browser

  1. Bug description - What's wrong?

  3. Steps to reproduce - Exact steps
  4. Expected behavior - What should happen?
  5. Actual behavior - What actually happens?
  6. Device/browser - Where you saw it
  7. Screenshots/video - Visual evidence
  8. Account email - Your TNCFlow account
  9. When it started - Recently or always?

TEMPLATE: E-commerce Pro Webflow

BUG: Product images aren't loading in shop

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to shop page
2. Click on any product
3. Product images show broken image icon
4. Other images on site load fine

EXPECTED: All product images load correctly
ACTUAL: Product images display broken

BROWSER: Chrome 120 on MacOS 14.1
DEVICE: MacBook Pro
WHEN: Started after I uploaded new products

Bug Priority Levels

Critical:
- Site is down/unusable
- Data loss occurring
- Payment failure
- Security issue

Response: 2-4 hours

High:
- Feature completely broken
- Can't complete key task
- Affects many users

Response: 8-12 hours

Medium:
- Feature partially broken
- Workaround available
- Affects some users

Response: 24-48 hours

Low:
- Minor visual issue
- Doesn't affect functionality
- Cosmetic

Response: 48-72 hours

What Happens After Report

  1. We acknowledge - Confirm we received it
  2. We investigate - Reproduce and diagnose
  3. We communicate - Update you on progress
  4. We fix - Deploy fix when ready
  5. We notify - Let you know it's fixed
  6. You verify - Confirm fix works for you

Common Non-Bugs

Things that aren't bugs:
- Feature works differently than expected
- User misunderstood how to use
- Customization didn't work as hoped
- Hosting/setup issues
- Third-party tool issues
